You will be pleased to know that the Ministerial Determination engagements with the Trade Unions are well underway. To date Solidarity, Denosa and Hospersa have signed agreeing to a further one year extension. We are in the process of setting up a meeting with Nehawu, who have agreed to the extension verbally. The Department of Labour has also been advised that the process is underway and they have acknowledged our communication.
As soon as we have received sign off from Nehawu, we will be ready to start our submission process. As has been done in previous years, we will ensure that you are given the guidelines to complete your Company's application to meet the deadline.
