Ethics Complaints

If you are aware of a registered individual that does not abide by the Code of Ethics or Codes of Professional Practice, you should report the matter to APSO. In line with our policies and procedures complaints may not be anonymous and must include the details of the individual, the incident and where the complainant believes that Code/s have been breached.

Any breaches of the Code of Ethics or Codes of Professional Practice by members will be investigated under the APSO Complaints and Disciplinary Procedure and may be referred to the APSO Ethics Committee for adjudication, ruling and sanction.
