Disciplinary Action: Chairperson and Initiator

April 2023

Dear Recruitment Professional

Disciplinary action is an essential part of maintaining a productive and healthy work environment. However, this process can be complicated and challenging for both the employees and the management involved.

With that in mind, we have put together training on the roles of Chairperson and Initiator which are vital roles that are there in ensuring that the process is fair, consistent, and in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

The training will cover the following topics:

  • The role of the Chairperson in the disciplinary process
  • The role of the Initiator in the disciplinary process
  • Key considerations during a disciplinary action
  • Best practices for conducting a disciplinary action
  • How to communicate effectively during the disciplinary process

The training will be led by Sanuja Barsathy Sookhun an experienced facilitator who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this area.

We encourage you to attend this training session, as it will provide you with valuable insights and skills that will help you navigate disciplinary action in the workplace effectively. Additionally, this training is an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues and share best practices.

Best Regards,
APSO: Professional Body
