Winning a WEC Award is a significant achievement. It showcases the important contributions that the HR services sector makes to society. This year's competition was particularly fierce, with strong contenders from ASA (United States), Kompetensföretagen (Sweden), and RCSA & ISF (representing Australia/New Zealand and India respectively).
All finalists were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the HR services industry and their efforts to improve labour market outcomes. Initiatives included skilling agency workers, providing mentorship for migrant workers, educating staffing professionals, promoting procurement regulation, and advancing women in leadership roles.
The WEC Awards spotlight the critical work that WEC's national federation members do to elevate the private employment services industry and strengthen labour markets.
