🟧 What did we learn yesterday about interviewing top talent for the future of work❓
1️⃣ "Knowledge is Power" - well, is it, really?
...these days knowledge is freely available, and so "How to Apply Knowledge Skillfully is Actually Power"
2️⃣ All of us need to be prompt engineers to get the right knowledge on what to ask candidates to best understand their match and 'stickability' for roles
3️⃣ But - with all the right knowledge:
how we show up on a screen, and our ability to create a human connection and probe deeper in interviews will make us stand out in our age of AI
🟧 What did I appreciate❓
✔️ The opportunity to share what I have learned to help others become the best version of themselves - which is critical in this time when people hunger for authenticity vs. a vanilla copy and paste from generated content
✔️ The humility and high level of engagement from our diverse group was inspiring❗
