The problems may vary, but whether they are big or small we need to set goals, face challenges, and strive to overcome them.

Module 1 - Getting Started

There is a fundamental approcah to solving problems; one that can consistently lead you to effective and satisfying solutions. Being a problem-solver isn’t just an ability - it’s a whole mindset; one that drives people to bring out the best in themselves and shape the world in a positive way.

  • Assess your ability to solve problems (a questionnaire)
  • Interpret your scores

Module 2 - The Barriers to Effective Problem Solving

Several common attitudes can get in the way of effective problem solving.

  • Let’s define a problem solver
  • Is problem solving a skill we can learn?

Module 3 - The Problem Solving Process

  • Let’s learn the various processes of solving problems
  • Goal-setting and taking responsibility
