This revised Recruitment Fundamentals training material focuses on the key elements of the Recruitment Cycle and will help to manage Clients, Candidates, and Quality. You will gain vital knowledge and skills that will set you on the path to becoming a Successful Recruiter.

•             The Recruitment Cycle – Behaviors of Super Recruiters.
•             Interviewing – Fundamentals, Pitfalls, and Questioning techniques.
•             The Job Spec – Understanding and qualifying, why is this critical?
•             Candidate Management – Counter Offers and Candidate Loyalty.
•             Candidate Assessments – Verifications and Referencing.
•             Candidate Sourcing – Sourcing Strategies and Passive Candidates.
•             Client Management – Negotiation and Sales.
•             The Value of Metrics – Measure only the metrics that matter.

Plus a new section – The POPI Act made simple for Recruiters! 

After completing the Recruitment Fundamentals Training, attendees will also be assigned to the Social and Digital Media Readiness Training Course.

Completing both training courses will award you a whopping 28 CPD points!

Speaker Profile:
Roly Boardman
Roly Boardman started his career in banking and worked for Standard Bank and Hill Samuel Merchant Bank. In 1987, he became a shareholder in Impact and played a major role in growing the business into a competitive player in the recruitment industry with state-of-the-art systems and infrastructure. He has been involved with APSO since 1994. Most of his time at APSO has been spent in the Ethics Portfolio through which he believes he can make the best contribution to both the industry and the interests of Members. He currently holds the position of Ethics Chair and is the former APSO President.
